With a few months to go until the April 18th, 2015 2D and 3D release of Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F, you can imagine that the manga/anime magazine market is going to play it up as much as they can with teases and tidbits after the popularity of the first film. The feature is the second one to come out after the 2013 theatrical film Dragon Ball Z: Battle Of Gods, which brought in $50 million at the box office and had a good international run overall, proved there was money yet to be made from this storied franchise.

And we’ll have to find out if his going back to being bald is part of his character story arc or if it’s just better looking on him.
The film doesn’t have a lot in the way of details otherwise, noting that Akira Toriyama is heavily involved with the concept, screenplay and character designs and that Tadayoshi Yamamuro, who worked as the animation director on the original series, is on board to direct this feature.
Plot concept: An Earth where peace has arrived. However, remnants of Frieza’s army Sorbet and Tagoma (from the Japanese word for ‘egg’) arrive on the planet. Their goal is to revive Frieza with the dragon balls. Their dastardly wish is granted, the “F” that plans its revenge against the Saiyans is revived…!
