‘BeyWheelz’ Anime Begins Hulu Distribution

1 min read

BeyWheelzCinedigm continues to expand their anime offerings in the streaming world as they’ve now added BeyWheelz to the Hulu service. The series is now available in full as the thirteen episode run is up for streaming in its English language form. The show ran for just thirteen episodes in the summer of 2012 as directed by Katsumi Hasegawa. The series was short due to it being specially commissioned by Nelvana due to the Beyblade: Metal Fury being a shortened season itself. Similar to other Cinedigm shows on Hulu, it’s only available to Hulu Plus members.

Plot concept: BeyWheelz is set in the futuristic city of Destection where our hero, Sho, is champion of the BeyWheelz World Tournament! This peaceful city is home to exciting and challenging battles between friends and allies until suddenly the city is attacked by an evil BeyWheelz army called the Dominators who want control over all of the BeyWheelz in the world. With the future and freedom of BeyWheelz at stake, Sho and his friends take on the Dominators’ strongest fighters in an epic battle of good vs. evil.
