Three ‘Coppleion’ Anime Dub Clips Arrive

Viz Media is adding a little something fun to the turkey day mix for anime fans as they’ve now got three new dub clips out for their upcoming release of the Coppelion anime series. The show is set to come out on DVD and Blu-ray on February 3rd, 2015 and Viz Media has also brought out the show through Neon Alley as part of their November premiere. The series, which is already available on the service in its subtitled form from the previous simulcast, will have the complete dubbed run debut on November 27th through Neon Alley on Hulu for a limited time.

Plot concept: The series takes place in the not-so-distant future as a catastrophic event has turned the old capital of Japan into a wasteland, forever changing the lives of its people. Decades later, three schoolgirls set foot into the now forsaken city. They are the Coppelion, genetically engineered humans created by the Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces to operate under the lethal conditions of the contaminated city. Trained since birth, the girls must use all of their skills and resources to carry out their one and only mission: to rescue those left behind.
