Jim Starlin is looking to go all out with a pretty fun looking book on December 3rd with the first installment of the Thanos Vs. Hulk storyline that was originally going to take place within the ongoing Hulk series. Spun off into its own book to get a lot more attention, we get to see the gamma beast go up against the Mad Titan in a four issue run that has the man behind much of what Thanos has done over the years writing and illustrating it. The first few pages have been released as well as a look at the finalized cover and the variant cover by Ron Lim.
Plot concept: Abducted by Pip the Troll and dragged halfway across the galaxy to be ransomed to Annihilus, Hulk is already angry. You wouldn’t like him when he’s angry. But Annihilus has plans of his own – plans that will put the Incredible Hulk directly in the path of Thanos, the Mad Titan!
