After announcing a two week delay for A Certain Magical Index II earlier this week, FUNimation is having to delay another upcoming release a little bit. Originally set for an October 21st, 2014 release date, the first Ghost in the Shell Arise anime DVD/BD release is being bumped back a week to an October 28th, 2014 release date due to “difficulties during final product creation.” The four part OVA series is being released in two parts with this one containing the first two episodes. The English language dub is being directed by Zach Bolton and will star:
