Another week, another filler.
This one wasn’t so bad, though. It was a fun little side story featuring Sabertooth’s resident frog/cat/exceed, Frosch. He gets lost, runs into a bunch of people, and then finally finds his way back! …To the Fairy Tail guild hall. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
The sole moment of action was when frog traders (because of course there’s frog traders) try to capture Frosch and keep failing to do so, because they presumably suck. Natsu and Lucy are on the case to literally destroy everything though. Ichiya reveals himself in a different bit of action and Erza puts on a frog costume in a third different kind of action.
The ending theme this week was a pan up of Wendy (last week it was Lucy), so I’m fearing that we have as many filler episodes as there are female characters.
In Summary:
Next week is a billiards episode and I can’t say I’m looking forward to it… I struggle to find words on these filler episodes, but they’re fun distractions at the very least instead of boring ol’ boring.
