Light novel series Inou-Battle With Everyday Life had its first promotional video about a month ago and is now doubling down with a second one that sets the tone even more, especially since it includes a taste of the opening and closing songs which are performed by the actresses within the show. With six volumes to its name so far, Studio Trigger is handling the anime production for the series. Created by Nozomi Kota with artwork by 029 back in 2012, the series has been pretty popular and has naturally launched a supporting manga series as well to draw attention to the novels. The anime adaptation is going to land in October 2014 and has Masahiko Otsuka serving as the general manager of the series with Masanori Takahashi directing while Satoru Yamaguchi is handling the character designs.
The cast includes Nobuhiko Okamoto as July Andou, Haruka Yamazaki as Tomoyo Kanzaki, Saori Hayami as Hatoko Kushikawa, Risa Taneda as Sayumi Takanashi, Nanami Yamashita as Chifuyu Himeki. Joining them are Takuma Terashima as Hajime Kiryu, Kaori Fukuhara as Mirei Kudo, Yoshimasa Hosoya as Shizumu Sagami, Kaori Nazuka as Shiharu Satomi and Emiri Kato as Madoka Kuki.
Plot concept: In the orignal novel series’ story, the five members of the literature club awakened with extraordinary powers half a year ago. Although the members expected to be thrown into a world of super-powered battles (inō-battle) at their school, their normal daily routine continued. No secret organizations bent on world destruction, no super-powered wars, no braves or demon kings.
However, the members still look forward to the possibilities of adventure, and continued to believe that with each day, they were getting ever closer to those days of fantasy. Their days of romantic comedy and battles with extraordinary powers begin!
