While Kentaro Miura has finished his six chapter series Gigantomakhia in Young Animal and also given it an additional bonus chapter, Young Animal itself is doing a bit of promotion for the work as the compiled volume has landed this week for release. The series is the first one from the creator since he began Berserk, which has run for about twenty years now, and it’s always good to take a break once in awhile and do something a little new and outside the norm.
Plot concept: Set 100 million years in the future, it’s about an epic war between the forces led by Zeus and the nether forces led by the giant Alcyoneus.
