While the main Magi series has finished its two seasons, the spinoff manga series Magi: Sinbad no Bōken continues to do well. It received its first OVA back in May and now the second one is lined up for an August 18th, 2014 release. The folks at Club Sunday TV have put together a new thirty second spot for the project to show off the animation and the story a bit. The project brings more of the series by Shinobu Ohtaka and Yoshifumi Otera’s to life.
With the anime adaptation, Daisuke Ono will return to the character of Sinbad by playing a younger version of him, having taken on the adult role in the main Magiseries. Magi: Sinbad no Bōken is all about the early days of Sinbad’s life and his many adventures. The episode comes bundled with the fourth volume of the manga.
