With lots of clips, teasers and trailers and TV spots, we’ve had a good look at Guardians of the Galaxy for awhile now. But the villains? They’ve had the small share of the screen time so far. Enough so that it felt like a LEGO commercial for the playsets recently showcased Ronan the Accuser more there than in the TV spots and trailers themselves. Ahead of the films release, Empire Magazine has unveiled their covers that will highlight the film as the good guys get one and the villains get another, which definitely sets the tone nicely. Plot concept: An action-packed, epic space adventure, Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” expands the Marvel Cinematic Universe into the cosmos, where brash adventurer Peter Quill finds himself the object of an unrelenting bounty hunt after stealing a mysterious orb coveted by Ronan, a powerful villain with ambitions that threaten the entire universe.
