With the film just about a week away from release, the latest featurette has arrived for X-Men: Days of Future Past. While it touches upon things in the 70’s portion of the film, it spends a good bit of its time with the cast and characters from the future side of it as it covers a little bit more about the extinction aspect of it. A few of the actors get to mingle throughout the featurette and talking about the scale and scope of the project, something that for some of them they’ve been involved with for over fourteen years.

Directed by Bryan Singer, the film stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Hugh Jackman, Peter Dinklage, Nicholas Hoult, Ian McKellan, Patrick Stewart, Shawn Ashmore, Ellen Page, Omar Sy, and Halle Berry.

Plot concept: The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. The beloved characters from the original “X-Men” film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from “X-Men: First Class,” in an epic battle that must change the past — to save our future.
