Fans of the Marvel One-Shot special for Agent Carter and of the character and actress in general were delighted this week with the news that the pilot will be going to series. More information is expected next week when ABC presents its upfront marketing to the press, but ahead of that the company has debuted the logo that will be used for the series in the coming months, which you can see to the right in larger form by clicking on it.
The series stars Hayley Atwell and is executive produced by Christopher Markus, Steve McFeely, Tara Butters, Michele Fazekas, Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Jeph Loeb
Plot concept: It’s 1946, and peace has dealt Peggy Carter a serious blow as she finds herself marginalized when the men return home from fighting abroad. Working for the covert SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve), Peggy must balance doing administrative work and going on secret missions for Howard Stark all while trying to navigate life as a single woman in America, in the wake of losing the love of her life–Steve Rogers.
