Ahead of its upcoming debut, the official Star Wars YouTube channel has added the first clip from the series that gives us a little time with Anakin and Yoda as we see Yoda sensing that the larger trap is all around them. Star Wars: The Clone Wars – The Loss Missions is set to premiere on March 7th, 2014 on Netflix. Planned originally as season six as the finale season of the series through Toonami before LucasFilm was sold to Disney, it’s now coming out as a thirt episode special run on Netflix under this name. Netflix is also set to bring in the five seasons before it as well, making it a marathon-worthy experience.
Plot concept: Get a glimpse into the various story arcs of The Lost Missions. Yoda communes with Qui-Gon Jinn and is sent on a journey; Jedi Master Plo Koon discovers Sifo-Dyas’ lightsaber and a clue to the creation of the clone army; Count Dooku looks to protect the secret of Order 66; Anakin Skywalker rescues Padmé Amidala; and Mace Windu battles multiple foes.
