While most shows when they end, they simply end and there’s not much more after that, a few live on in different forms such as books and comics. But even then it’s a rare property that actually goes on for any length of time. One of those is Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which is kicking off its tenth “season” as it follows the TV show continuity and forges its own path with Joss Whedon serving as an “executive producer” on it. The series comes ahead of the renewal of Angel & Faith as well. Buffy brings some solid creative credits to it with Christos Gage set to write with artwork by Rebekah Stevens.
