After the first part was released a few days ago, the official Star Wars YouTube channel has added the second part of the interview that Leonard Maltin did with George Lucas after the completion and some space from the first trilogy of films. While the first piece talked about the franchise as a whole and its impact, this one goes into a bit more about Empire Strikes Back itself and what it was like going into it and some of the ways Lucas viewed how he has to change the first script so much and realize that he would shift it into three films instead. There’s also some good talk about the technological changes and the way the second film worked in those regards.
