Teasers for commercials are difficult things for a lot of people to accept, but they’re here to stay at this point and it is a way to get a look at some new footage. The Super Bowl isn’t exactly huge for movies to do advertising in considering the cost of it, but there are several that are dropping ads for it and one of them is Amazing Spider-Man 2. The new teaser clocks in at 40 seconds and promises more footage during the commercial portion of the game itself this Sunday, February 2nd.
Directed by Webb, the film stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Jamie Foxx, Dane DeHaan, Paul Giamatti, Felicity Jones, Chris Cooper, and Sally Field.
