Details are surfacing more and more for the upcoming anime adaptation of Yoko Maki’s series The Romantica Clock. Maki, who created Aishiteru ze Baby, began The Romantica Colck back in 2012 and had the third volume of it released earlier this fall. The anime adaptation for it is going to be running as a part of the kids morning show Oha-Suta and they’ll be produced as short segments that run during it. Those broadcasts will be on Februray 4th, 18th and 25th.
It’s now been announced that Ai Kayano will be taking on the role of Akana Kajiya for the show while Kaito Ishikawa will be taking on Aoi Kajiya.
Plot concept: The manga is a comedy about twins with the beautiful, popular, and energetic Akane, and her smart, aloof brother Aoi. Akane, who has felt jealous of Aoi since she was a young child, continues to be unable to get along with him even as the two grow older.
