While we’ve got a bit to go before the April debut of Game of Thrones of its fourth season, HBO is looking to build the excitement in a new and potentially welcome way. One thing we’re seeing with some basic cable series is doing the after-show chat things, such as Talking Dead and the Wolf Chat that Teen Wolf has as well. It’s a useful way to bring together fans to talk and engage with each other through a format that we often don’t get on TV. While HBO isn’t going that route with Game of Thrones, they’re bringing out a behind the scenes show on February 9th called Fire and Ice: A Foreshadowing, which is designed to provide an exclusive preview of the season. It’s set for 8:45 PM ET on that day so it’s likely just to be a ten to fifteen minute promo.
