While a lot of the new simulpub pickups are starting a few chapters down the line, to the point where they’re past the first collection if not more, the addition of ReCollection from Ichigo Takano is a bit closer to the start. The new series is being brought over by Crunchyroll and Manga Action with the third chapter of it now available for audiences worldwide outside of Japan. Takano has a number of series under their belt with a strong number of shoujo works out there.
Plot concept: A suspicious man who claims to be God hangs around amnesiac high school teacher Kanade Natsume. Even though “God” is a pest, the divine one says that he’ll (He’ll?) help Kanade get his memories back. What is it that Kanade has forgotten? Who is this “God”, really? Their strange cohabitation begins so Kanade can reclaim his lost “self”, dreams, love, past, and all! Ichigo Takano presents this first-rate mystery-romance.
