Every season or so has to have a yuri season and one more for the spring 2014 season has just been announced with Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san. Based on the manga by Kuzushiro, the serie will get an April premiere on a few networks such as TV Saitama, tvk, KBS Kyoto, and Sun TV. The new issue of Comic Yuri Hime is out announcing all of this in addition to the official site going live as well. The magazine is also detailing the production team and cast for the show. The series will be directed by Shinpei Nagai, who recently worked on Hiiro no Kakera and served as an episode director on Psych0-Pass at animation studio Seven. Takehiro Miura will be handling the character designs.

Plot concept: The series revolves focuses on the characters of Suzu Nekoyama, a timid, shy tsundere (initially aloof and abrasive, but later kind-hearted) girl loves dogs, and Yachiyo Inugami, a super masochistic, air-headed, friendly girl who loves cats. One day, after a fateful meeting, the two find themselves attracted to each other. In response to Inugami’s instinctive approaches, Nekoyama is always bashful. Their friend Aki has to work hard to make jabs at some of the situations of the two, and also to stop Inugami from going berserk.
