With the series kicking off this week in Japan, the release schedule for D-Frag! has been revealed with what Kadokawa & Media Factory have planned for it. The twelve episode series will be spread across six discs with two episodes each beginning on March 26th, 2014. The Blu-ray releases are priced at 7,350 yen each while the DVDs are listed at 6,300 yen each. No limited editions are announced for this title, though it’s certainly getting some things. The Blu-ray releases have listed with them an eighty page booklet called the Official Anthology Comic, a game production CD and a character song release. The on-disc extras listed include the clean opening and closing as well as the commercial collection.
Plot concept: Kenji likes to think that he and his gang of friends are the bad boys of their school. That is, until he meets the four insane girls of a game-making club whose personalities are all super weird (and a little on the violent side). When Kenji’s forced to join their little group, his life quickly takes a turn for the outrageous.
