As more material rolls out for the upcoming series Space Dandy by Shinichiro Watanabe, we get some things that provide a great mix of feeling fresh and new but with some very 90’s feels to it that makes an older anime fan grin with delight. To help enhance that feeling, Bandai Visual has let loose with a new video that clocks in at two minutes to showcase the series and what kind of animation, style and sense of humor will be coming from it as well as a touch of action as well.
Plot concept: The lead character Dandy is an alien hunter and the “dandiest man in space.” The anime is set far in the future where people have gone to the far reaches of the universe. Dandy is searching for aliens that no one has found before with his robot partner QT.
