With the first clip showing events from the point of view of Sandra Bullock’s character, the second clip does the same but from George Clooney’s character’s point of view, both of which have to be frightening in their own ways. Set for an October 4th, 2013 release in the US, Alfonso Cuaron’s latest feature Gravity brings just two main players to the piece with George Clooney and Sandra Bullock in space. While the reading of it may sound comical, it’s set up for a pretty solid drama piece as we get from this clip for the $80 million budget piece.

Plot concept: Dr. Ryan Stone (Bullock) is a on her first Space Shuttle mission and is accompanied by veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky (Clooney), who is in command of the shuttle due to it being his last flight. During a spacewalk, space debris crash into the space shuttle, which leaves it almost destroyed, leaving them stranded in space and alone in spacesuits with limited breathable oxygen. They have no communication from Earth thus forcing them to cooperate by themselves.
