New Anime DVD/BD Releases For July 2nd, 2013

The first week of July is here and the release slate is kind of minimal in a way, as you’d normally expect a few more things to be released in order to have at Anime Expo. But look forward to that July 9th release practically all of those titles will be at Anime Expo as well and get into some fans hands early. This week has some really good things though that should not be missed, with a great simple classic back in print with Ruin Explorers as well as another installment of Matchless Raijin-Oh debuting. NIS America has a double dose this week with more Hanasaku Iroha and another installment of the very fun Natsume’s Book of Friends. And for those wanting over the top character counts, check out the second season of Horizon in the Middle Of Nowhere for a beautiful looking show that’s overpopulated and overactive.
