While we’ve seen a lot more of the short form comedy series in the last year in simulcast form, one that we didn’t get to see is Himitsu Kessha Taka no Tsume Neo. Originally airing from April 2012 to February 2013 for a total of thirty eight episodes at five minutes each, the comedy series from DLE is getting its Japanese home video release in one big Blu-ray box set. Due out on August 21st for 12,600 yen, it’ll bring all thirty-episodes together in one place, sans subtitles of course.
Three seasons ran prior to this season and a sequel season began in April of this year as well. There’s also three movies at this point as well as some specials and web based material.
Plot Concept: Eagle Talon, a secret society based in Kojimachi, Tokyo, with plans for world domination, isn’t a secret society anymore! In fact, it’s a famous society, known by just about every household in Japan there is, because Eagle Talon went nation-wide with golden time on NHK!
