We’ve had plenty of teases and on-set things released over the course of production for Riddick as Vin Diesel definitely shares with his followers, but now we’ve got the first full length trailer for the September 6th release of the film. The third installment of the character brings him back with director David Twohy and fellow actors arl Urban, Jordi Molla, Matt Nable, Katee Sackhoff, Bokeem Woodbine, Dave Bautista, Conrad Pla, Raoul Trujillo, Nolan Funk and Keri Hilson. The film is also getting an IMAX release.
Plot Concept: The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he’s encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty.
