The On Demand charts are going through a bit of a change again as two new titles hit that definitely fit the family friendly mold that can bring some quick results. Life of Pi took the top spot this week in its first week of on demand release while the other newcomer, Rise of the Guardians, debuted in the number six spot. With Life of Pi getting a lot of attention at the Oscars, it’s not a surprise there’s a good deal of interest in the film now that it’s so easily available. Rise of the Guardians hasn’t done as well in theaters, dragging down DreamWorks last year in its stock value in fact, but it’s doing decently here even if Wreck-It-Ralph is showing it how its done when it comes to positioning in the chart.
