Earth Star’s first collected volume is about to be release, but not without problems!

Having seen the girls get their start with their magazine, time has progressed and they’re now ready to bring out their most popular serial in a collected form. So that means the work of pulling all the pieces together and realizing things may not flow just right and some things are missing from the script to give it a proper larger narrative. There’s some cute tricks of the trade that are brought in to it, but the girls do have to seek out the creator in order to clear things up a bit. Of course, there’s always problems when you do that and we get the fun of our messy mangaka once more, which leads to a simple but silly bit of fun about what kind of release party they should hold.
In Summary:
While it’s still hard to believe these girls could put out a magazine for any length of time, never mind a collected version of one of the serials, there’s fun to be had here throughout as they go from figuring out how to do it, the things they need to do better with going forward and the release event itself where one of them wants to bring in someone who died well over a hundred years ago to make it even more exciting. The show continues to be simple and silly, but not overly comical for the most part which makes it fun without becoming a screeching or annoying work. It’s definitely one to enjoy, though in small doses being the best thing I think.
