The adaptation of four panel comics into anime series isn’t uncommon and one of the new ones to hit this spring is the adaptation of Sparrow’s Hotel. The series is based on the manga by Yuka Santo that began in 2008 and has two compiled volumes to date so far. The series comes from director Tetsuji Nakamura, who helmed Zatch Bell, with anime production done by Dream Creation and Hotline. Though the series is slated to air in Japan on April 9th, Crunchyroll does not have a premiere date yet or what regions the show will be available in.

Plot Concept: The series revolves around Sayuri Satō, the new front desk worker at the Sparrow’s Hotel — “the closest hotel to Heaven.” Her special features are her large breasts and her skills of assassination. She takes down people who cause trouble in the business hotel with those skills, but she is in fact very unskilled when talking to the male hotel manager, and often bites her tongue.
