Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers)
With Ishida working in the maid cafe, and being quite attractive as he wears the outfit, the humor takes an amusing turn as he works hard to make the money for the flower shop. The shop that Asakura has no intention of ever working in. What’s complicating things for Ishida now is that Yamada has taken a real interest in him as Alice, not realizing they’re the same person. And that sets up Yamada to trying to beat him down, which just won’t happen. It’s amusing to see the way Ishida is living a lie for Asakura and getting caught up in such a weird and unusual situation.

In Summary:
Suffice to say, things are not going well for Ishida as he crossdresses in order to make money, though he does have a tender side to him that you can appreciate as well. His attempts at raising money are honest enough and I like the motivation behind it, but I’m laughing at how he’s stuck doing what he’s doing and having to cope with Yamada being exactly like you’d expect. The fight over the maid is amusing to be sure and even if it just lasts for a few seconds overall, it made me grin and enjoy what it did, stupid as it is. Which still sums up the show fairly well.
