Christmas is almost upon us and we’ve done our best to not be heavily Christmas themed or holiday themed simply because it can be overwhelming with so much of it out there and a place to retreat to is nice. But with the day coming tomorrow, or just a few hours depending on where you are in the world, we wanted to pose the question;
What are some of the best “genre” Christmas presents that you’ve gotten? Or if you’re more of a giver than a receiver, what’s the best that you got someone that completely surprised them?
My eldest daughter is turning into quite the fangirl so she’s getting easier to shop for in a way. This year she ended up with a piece of jewelry that bowled her over as I got her a pair of pink Dalek earrings.
Back in the 90’s, my parents got me a really great gift with the limited edition box set of Star Wars on Laserdisc, which was the final non-special edition release of the series that I believe we’ve really had. I still treasure that big, heavy box of fanboy love.
