After the first season showed up through FUNimation and NicoNico’s service, there were plenty of fans hopeful for a second season to surface. Discussion came up a bit here and there but now it’s been confirmed that a second season will land sometime in 2013. Satelight will be on board to do the production and everything is being put into work now. While there’s a fair bit of returning contributors to the project, storyboard artist Katsumi Ono will be directing instead while Akifumi Kaneko will be handing the composition and script as before. It was also tantalized that there will be new main characters that will be singing which will definitely get people enthused.
