New Anime DVD/BD Releases For October 2nd, 2012

October kicks off in a good way here as we get a nice variety of titles from several publishers. Right out of the gate we get some hentai re-releases that are priced down with Critical Mass supplying some Bondage Mansion and Sexy Sailor Soldiers. Sentai Filmworks provides some new material this week with two really fun titles in Detroit Metal City and Mayo Chiki!, both shows that surprised me with how much I liked them. FUNimation slides in Strike Witches 2 on combo pack so you get your DVD and Blu-ray goodness. And theres a few others in here of interest as well such as The Mysterious Cities of Gold that people have been begging for release for several years now as well as more ThunderCats.
