With the summer heat underway, we’ve seen some comical responses to how they deal with it, and the fact that sleep is even more awesome in this situation since once you get to sleep, you can kind of ride it out. With everyone trying to cool off, the personalities in the complex are fun in how they view things, though Sae and her sister in particular are hilarious with how they cope compared to everyone else. But her use of the AC has its problems as well since it’s easy to imagine this place doesn’t have much going for it when it comes to power usage. Of course, as the truth gets out, you just have to shake your head since it does just so completely represent the residents of this place.
In Summary:
The summer heat and all the problems associated with it when it comes to this group of characters continues to be fun and this episode is no exception. While it doesn’t go for laugh out loud moments, you have to love seeing how they each cope with the situation and just how unthinking they are of some of their long term consequences to their actions. Sae in particular with her sister is a lot of fun here and I just loved the way Yurume became so entranced by the beauty of air conditioning. The episode made me grin a lot and definitely wish it had more time to expand on the subject and have fun with it.
