With a couple of episodes under its belt, the series has made its pervy ways clear and had some fun but also felt like it really needed to solidify around things. With an amusing cast of characters slowly growing around things, and Ryuosuke’s openness about his perverted nature pretty apparent, adding Lisara into the mix works well, especially now that she’s at school and is ready to turn from nice and sweet to cruel and evil at the drop of a hat. While the show is definitely fun, loud and brash, it hasn’t completely won me over with what it’s doing. It’s missing something to really make it what it could be. And even as much as I enjoyed Quele in the previous episode, I’m not sure how she’ll change things overall.

With this episode, the reveal that comes into play is that the school in which Ryuosuke goes has some eight people that have special skills that Lisara is keen on. For Ryuosuke, it’s a chance to hobnob and fetish-fantasy a bit while hanging out with the usual group of girls that are now with him. What Ryuosuke in particular is happy abou tin this episode is to meet a young woman named Iria who operates out of the Merlot Life Security company, a group that she uses in order to steal high amounts of energy from people who have it. Amusingly, since Lisara drains Ryuosuke a good bit, she misses out on him at first but it leads to a situation where all is revealed and Lisara goes after her with abandon.

To make matters worse, there’s a relationship between Iria and Lisara that goes back to their school days, a rivalry that hasn’t eased since they both graduated. Iria has a cute horn to her outfit which is otherwise all about the black leather and straps. This conflicts Ryuosuke in some great ways since the battle between the two young women is filled with bounce, something that Iria uses to great advantage at times. Naturally, the fight goes big and Ryuosuke gets involved in a personal way since it’s a match between the two girls and he has the energy to really throw things off balance. There’s also the amusing thing that’s revealed in the height of the battle by him that, get ready for it, it’s not about breast size as every breast is its own treasure. It’s a surprising revelation from him, but one that makes for some cute changes in his relationship with Lisara.

In Summary:
With the third episode of the series, I’m again finding it to be a piece where I want to like it more than I do and am struggling to get there. I like the concept, I like the characters and the pervy nature suits me just fine. But it’s missing something that’s keeping it from clicking and working well. This episode expands the cast a bit more which isn’t bad, but it doesn’t feel as grounded as it should be to begin with. The story isn’t strong and it feels a bit disconnected in a way I can’t put my finger on. And yes, I really dislike the censoring and it can get distracting at times, but it’s not crimping the show in a big way for me at all. I suspect this is a show that will flow better when seen in full, or with another episode or two.
