Looking to pat with more of your money? Word has come down from Bandai Visual that the upcoming Japanese releases of the Mobile Suit Gundam original trilogy will have English subtitles on it. The trilogy re-cut the original TV series and in the minds of many made it far better than the series was, a rarity when things like this are done, and the show has had a decent shelf life in the US ever since.
In addition to this, the first Space Battleship Yamato 2199 Blu-ray disc of the TV series will contain English subtitles as well. Both this and the Gundam releases are set for sale on May 25th.
