The first trailer for Marvel Studios The Avengers has landed and it showcases pretty much the entire main cast including our first good look at Mark Ruffalo transforming into The Hulk as well as some exploration of the reason for the team, why they come together and the fact that there is tension in the group. There’s a lot of Very Good moments in this trailer that will please fans of the comics but also those familiar with the individual films, which has definitely been beefed up after having the home video releases for Thor this past month and Captain America soon on top of everything else. The interplay between Steve Rogers and Tony Stark here is ideal and definitely shows that the characters are being true to what we’ve seen before and who they are.
