July 8th is just around the corner and the marriage of CLAMP, the Blood franchise and Production I.G. is about to be realized. The fourth promotional video, in the form of the third commercial, has been put online as of last night and it shows off a bit more of the animation, the music and the character designs which are definitely a departure for the series, but helps to bring something new to the table as well as it deals with Saya.
