Lynda Carter On New ‘Wonder Woman’ And Potential Cameo

2 min read

Lynda Carter has been very diplomatic and generally enthusiastic about the newest incarnation of the series that made her a household name back in the seventies whenever she’s been asked about the new Wonder Woman TV series. That’s the sign of a good, smart actress to be sure. MTV Splash Page managed to ferret out a neat little clip of her when she recently appeared on “The Talk” and was asked about the costume for the show and the folks involved in it:

“You really want to know?” Carter said. “I like my costume the best. They were trying to update with the way we’re all doing leggings now and skinny jeans. I think it’s kind of trying to do that.”

She didn’t hold back in talking about David E. Kelley either, saying, “He’s a brilliant guy.”

Fans holding out hope that she’ll get to make a cameo in the new series can take this part to heart as well, as she said, “I’ve talked to David E. Kelley, who’s a brilliant writer, a number of times and we’re hoping to plan something. But I cannot reveal. . .”
