With filming underway for The Hobbit, Peter Jackson has been fairly forthcoming about things through web based events and so forth, as have other actors, and now there’s a new ten minute video blog from the set. The piece covers a whole lot of ground that die-hard fans of the original work and the previous movies will want to check out as it shows off many areas with several sets, costuming and work on a scene with Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins. With the movie not due out until December 2012, we’re likely to see a fair number of these in the next year as production rolls along and post-work is done, so if you’re a fan, you’re definitely going to enjoy returning to Middle Earth, even through this particular lens.
