Smallville only has five episodes left so time is catching up to the series where it has a lot to accomplish in just a little bit of time. The storylines for the last few episodse aren’t completely clear yet, but there are some good teases ahead. The show returns next week on April 15th with an episode that’s described as “Clark Kent meets Jonathan when he’s sent back to the alternate universe while Clark Luthor threatens Tess in this world” and the week after that brings Booster Gold and Blue Beetle into the show, courtesy of DC Entertainment’s Geoff Johns with Tom Welling directing it.
The series finale is set to be a two-parter that will air in May 13th and we’re getting some tingle inducing promos starting to role out for it as it pays homage to the Christopher Reeve theatrical movies with its music cues and just the right lines of dialogue to add a little more to it.
