With Stargate Universe on its last legs, the cast from there is moving on and Robert Carlyle has landed himself the role as Rumpelstiltskin according to Deadline Hollywood. The potential ABC series Once Upon a Time is one of several dramas floating around this year with a more magical theme as it follows the story of a woman who is drawn to a town wher there’s magic and mysteries revolving around fairy tales that may actually be true. She herself has quite the mystery as there’s a trouble past involved and she needs the help of someone like Rumpelstiltskin “to help Snow White and Prince Charming counteract the Evil Queen’s dark spells, but for a price.”
