Crunchyroll Adds ‘Sora to Umi no Aida’ For Fall 2018 Anime Lineup

The multimedia project Sora to Umi no Aida, which translates as Between The Sky and The Sea, has an October 3rd, 2018 premiere in Japan and now a we’ve gotten the details of its streaming. Crunchyroll has picked up the show for distribution with it set to be available to audiences worldwide outside of Asia. TMS Entertainment is on board for the animation production with Oji Hiroi serving as the general director with Atsushi Nigorikawa as the series director and series composition by Takashi Yamada. Shuuhei Yamamoto is handling the character designs for it.

The Japanese cast includes Karin Takahashi as Haru Soramachi, Rika Tachibana as Namino Murakami, Honoka Inoue as Ruby Azumi, Ai Kousaka as Makoto Mitsurugi, Momoko Suzuki as Maiko Sakura, and Maori Komeno as Makiko Maki.

Plot Concept: The show is set in Onomichi-city, Hiroshima Prefecture, featuring six girls whose dreams are becoming Space Fisher. In the game, the player plays the part of the chief of the girls division at the Space Fisher Development Center and supports the girls to capture the space fishes.
