With a theatrical release earlier this year, Pony Canyon has set the home video release side for the Asagao to Kase-san OVA. The project is getting a DVD edition priced at 3,800 but it’s the Blu-ray edition that’s of interest. Priced at 7,800 yen, it’s being listed as having English subtitles. It’ll also come with a memorial CD, six post cards, an audio commentary by the cast, and all the usual promos and trailers for it. The DVD edition is just the film itself.

The Japanese cast includes Minami Takahashi playing Yui Yamada and Ayane Sakura as Tomoka Kase, Ibuki Kido as Mikawa, Minako Kotobuki as Inoue-sempai, Masumi Asano as Sensei, and Yumi Uchiyama as Coach.

The OVA saw a theatrical release on June 9th, 2018 in Japan.

Seven Seas brought out the first volume, Kase-san and Morning Glories, on February 28th, 2017 with at least one color insert page to it. It was priced at $13.99 USA / $15.99 CAN.

Plot concept: Yamada may be shy and rather clumsy, but the flower gardens at her school have always brought her happiness. Suddenly, a different sort of beauty catches her eye—the vivacious track star, Kase-san. Although the two girls don’t seem to have much in common, they soon start a romance where each must learn an important lesson in tending their budding relationship. Can the two girls, so different from each other, learn how to make their first love blossom?
