After a two-cour run that kicked off in the spring 2016 season, we learned back in March that Ace Attorney has a second series is coming. The show is scheduled for a fall 2018 debut in Japan with the main cast and staff coming back for it and now some additional details have landed. Known in Japan as Gyakuten Saiban, Capcom went big with the franchise as there’s a live action film, stage play, music and manga adaptation.

The show was directed by Ayumu Watanabe based on the composition from Atsuhiro Tomioka with A-1 Pictures handling the animation. The Japanese cast includes Yuki Kaji as Ryuuichi Naruhodou, Aoi Yuuki as Mayoi Ayasato, Masashi Tamaki as Reiji Mitsuruji, Chie Nakamura as Chihiro Ayasato, Masami Iwasaki as Keisuke Itonokogiri and Tooru Nara as Masashi Yahari.
