Arriving earlier last month on March 6th, 2018, Funimation finished out the Fairy Tail franchise with Fairy Tail Zero. After previously bringing out a couple of release trailers and a couple of dub clips, they’ve now brought out another that gives us that great moment of the founding members really coming into their own with their power. The set is priced at $54.98 and brings out the last run of this special story that adapts the spinoff manga that explores the roots of the guild. The bilingual release will also come with a free keychain if you order it from Funimation.
Here’s hoping we can see a massive sprawling all-inclusive collector’s box set of all things Fairy Tail for Christmas 2018.
Plot Concept: Before the Fairy Tail guild, there was a girl with a dream and hope. Forced into servitude with the Red Lizard guild, Mavis Vermillion suffered a hard life. But everything changes when the guild is raided. Left alone with the guild master’s daughter, Zera, the two start their lives over from zero. But a run in with treasure hunters turns things around and gives them hope for a better tomorrow!
