Crunchyroll Adds Three ‘Tenchi Muyo’ Anime Films

Crunchyroll has brought on three new films for streaming on the service thanks to their partnership with Funimation from the Tenchi Muyo franchise. The three films are in their original Japanese language with English subtitles while the dubs remain on Funimation’s site. Considering the original age of the license, it should be no surprise that they’re only available to viewers in the US and Canada. The films include:

1. Tenchi Muyo in Love
2. Tenchi Muyo in Love 2
3. Tenchi Muyo: The Daughter of Darkness

Plot Concept: In the beginning, there was Tenchi. Back when the only cure for an anime fix was a trip to the mall. Back when cable television first introduced this amazing new genre to America. The times may have changed since those good old days, but we’re bringing Tenchi back in this exclusive three movie collection!
