‘Tada Doesn’t Fall in Love’ Anime Premiere Scheduled

The spring 2018 series Tada-kun Doesn’t Fall in Love has been bringing out information fairly regularly and now that we’re closing in on the season itself the last of the big pieces has arrived. That’s come in the form of a premiere date of April 5th, 2018 on Tokyo MX and other networks and satellite services. Now we just wait to hear who picks up the streaming side.

The show is being directed by Mitsue Yamazaki based on the series composition by Yoshuko Nakamura. Junichirou Taniguchi is serving as the character designer and chief animation director with Doga Kobo handling the animation production. A lot of this staff made up Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun.

Masayoshi Oishi is handling the opening theme song while Manaka Iwami is handling the ending theme song with “Love Song” as the title and doing it as her character.

Plot Concept: Mitsuyoshi Tada, a boy who has never known love, is taking pictures of the cherry blossoms in full bloom when he meets Teresa Wagner, a transfer student from Luxembourg. Upon arriving in Japan, she got lost, separated from her travel companion. Mitsuyoshi helps her and brings her to his grandfather’s coffee shop.
