2 min read

The ReflectionCrunchyroll picked up the rights to the Reflection anime series awhile ago and we even had Funimation setting a simuldub for it earlier this week. What we didn’t have was a premiere date for the simulcast or regional details. With the show premiering earlier today in Japan, Crunchyroll has now brought out the first episode as well with new episodes arriving every Saturday at 1:30 pm ET for their members. Availability is pretty great as it’s open to viewers worldwide outside of Asia.

The series is being planned for a twelve episode run that comes from an original story by Stan Lee with Hiroshi Nagahama. Nagahama is also directing the work based on the script by Yasuyuki Suzuki with character designs by Yoshihiko Umakoshi. Trevor Charles Horn is on board with the music and Studio Deen is producing the animation.

The Japanese cast includes Shinichiro Miki as Exon, Satoshi Mikami as Ian Izzet / Aigai, Mariya Ise as Eleanor Evarts, Satomi Hanamori as Risa Livingstone, Kanae Yoshii as Kana, Hirona Murata as Hiro, Uki Satake as Uki, Sayaka Nishiwaki as Saya, Shouto Kashii as Dead Wing, Yuuko Sanpei as Flaming Fury, Yoko Hikasa as Steel Ruler, Tomomichi Nishimura as Mister Mystic and Kouki Miyata as Raise.

The ending theme is being performed by 9nine.
