Monster Girl Doctor VisualSeven Seas Entertainment has picked up a pretty great new series for later this year with print and digital editions of the Monster Girl Doctor light novel series. The property is written by Orikō Yoshino and illustrated by Z-ton which currently has two volumes out as of the end of 2016.

“What better way to get back into light novels than with a monster girl series that’s been endorsed by OKAYADO himself!” says Seven Seas editor-in-chief Adam Arnold. “Monster Girl Doctor is a fun, creative take on the monster girl genre and we’re thrilled it has illustrations from Z-ton, an artist our audience already loves.”

The first volume will be released in print on December 19, 2017 for $14.99 USA / $16.99 CAN.

Plot concept: In the town of Lindworm where monsters and humans coexist, Dr. Glenn runs an exemplary medical clinic for monster girls with his lamia assistant, Sapphee. Whether receiving a marriage proposal by a centaur injured in battle, palpating the injury of a mermaid, or suturing the delicate wounds of a flesh golem, Dr. Glenn performs his job with grace and confidence. But when an unsavory character seeks to steal a harpy egg, how will the unflappable Dr. Glenn respond…?
